The house south of Lima on the coast of Las Palmeras
This project set the program into three tiers. The first collects all areas of service, garage and guestbedroom. The second level houses the master bedroom. And the third is aimed at the social field (kitchen,living room, terrace and swimming pool). This proposal aims to minimize the conceptual architectural forms in order to concentrate all the power of superior visual volume that seems to float above the rest of the house.
