Basic Instinct actress Sharon Stone has relisted her Beverly Hills home for $8.995 million, the same price she listed the home for back in 2009.
The LA Times reports that Stone bought the Beverly Hills home in 2006 for $10.995 million. Since then the home has been on and off the market and was once listed for rent for as much as $58,000 a month. Reportedly Stone never moved into the seven-bedroom Mediterranean-style manse on almost five acres.
The property is a tranquil retreat that incudes pathways over bridges and waterfalls; fruit trees, a meditation garden; tennis court with a viewing pavilion; and a resort-style pool with patio and a grassy yard. The large motor court offers parking for approximately 14 cars.
Inside the main home, which was built in 1991, there are high ceilings and luxury finishes. A paneled library has built-ins and a fireplace and there is a formal dining room and a living room with a wet bar.
The master suite has dual baths and walk-in dressing rooms. There are three additional bedroom suites upstairs and one bedroom suite downstairs. The separate guest house has a state-of-the-art media room and two additional bedrooms.
