Vicki and her (soon-to-be-ex?) husband Donn have their Coto de Caza home listed for sale at $2.7 million. The 5,400-square-foot home has five bedrooms and at least five bathrooms, and sits on one acre of land in an exclusive Coto de Caza gated community.
The master suite has an oversized balcony and an ensuite marble tub. The family room offers a bar that overlooks the home�s extravagant backyard, which features expansive terraces, an outdoor kitchen and a built-in fire pit. The lagoon-style swimming pool comes complete with a spa, a water slide and a Playboy Mansion-style grotto outfitted with a television and bathroom.
The Gunvalsons have had the home on and off the market numerous times since 2007. But unlike in 2007, the Gunvalsons are not listing it through former castmate and neighbor Jeana Keough, who almost lost her home across the street to foreclosure. Vicki, who has built an insurance empire, is the only original member of the Orange County cast still on the show.
