A Texas-loving tipster tells us that fiddle-playing Dixie Chick Martie Maguire has listed her Texas ranch for $6.495 million. Property records show that the property in Austin, Texas was purchased under a trust in 2004 for $2.75 million, reportedly on her third anniversary to Irish actor hubby Gareth Maguire.
The private gated estate on seven acres has a total of nine bedrooms. The main house offers four bedrooms and there are three separate guest houses. 
The property features an entertainment annex with kitchen, dining, exercise/dance studio, bar area, media room,art room. A private recording studio also has a kitchen, control room and rehearsal room. This is a home for a horse lover: it has a five-stall stable and riding arena. The pool area has a patio with fireplace. 
The home was built in 1975 and has been updated with modern furnishings and a newer kitchen with marble countertops and dark wood cabinets.
