Following the real estate doings of Bravos Real Housewives empire is nearly as fascinating as the shows themselves. Last week, the internet was abuzz over the episode set at Camille Grammers Colorado ski house, which is currently on the market. Grammers not the only one on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills buying and selling. Kyle Richards sold a home and moved into a new one and now Lisa Vanderpump, the pink-clad restaurateur with the British accent and the adorable dog named Jiggy, has moved on and picked up a new five-bedroom home in Beverly Hills, California. Now that her children are grown up, Vanderpump and hubby Ken Todd decided to downsize, selling their over 15,000 square foot home and settling into a smaller, but still massive 8,800-square-foot estate.
The couple also went for a style shift, moving into a home with clean contemporary lines.
This mansion was designed by Abramson Teiger and has oversized steel windows at the entrance which offer canyon views. Perhaps the two-story library with ebony wood lured the couple in. The open floor plan includes a great room, top-of-the-line chefs kitchen, media room and a spa-like master suite with his and her baths. The two-acre property is surrounded with mature oak trees and the property includes water features, a large swimmers pool and exterior guest house.
