Designer Betsey Johnson�s Pink Penthouse

Fashion designer Betsey Johnson is one of a kind, and so is her NYC penthouse. For one thing, it�s pink. Very, very pink. According to the MLS, it has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and is on the market for about $2.5 million:

Pink Lists Her Sherman Oaks Home and Giant Yard for $4 Million

New-ish mom Pink has listed her Sherman Oaks home for $4 Million. [via Real Estalker]

The pop star (who gave birth to her first child back in June) and husband Carey Hart are now shedding this 4 bed, 5 bath, 4,435 square foot home in the hills south of Ventura Boulevard. The home has a positively huge 30,000 square foot lot, with plenty of yard for entertaining, swimming, practicing your short game, and (as pictured below) playing ping pong. The yard also features a built in BBQ and a grotto-esque hot tub and waterfall � handy for those sweltering San Fernando Valley summers.

Inside, the home includes a gourmet kitchen with top-line branded appliances including SubZero(R), Viking(R), Jenn-Air(R), a wine cellar, and a gym. Rounding out the amenities in the 1946-vintage house are a gated entrance and hill views.
