The Mid-Century Modern main house was recently renovated and its luxe amenities include a modern stainless kitchen with top-line appliances, bamboo flooring, and walls of glass that look out over the ocean.
Singer Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo purchased their home back in September 2011 for $2.85 million. The 8,000 square foot Spanish style home, located in the hills near the Encino Reservoir, was built in 1983 and has a total of 18 rooms. The living spaces and bedrooms feature vaulted beam ceilings and fireplaces for a stylishly rustic feel.
