Singer Chris Brown recently moved out of his West Hollywood condo unit, a move which delighted neighbors according to TMZ.
Now the Real Estalker brings news of Brown�s new home perched up in the hills in the Hollywood Dell area above Lake Hollywood.
Brown�s new lair is an ultra modern architectural home with all sorts of bells and whistles that a young star might find appealing. It was designed by architect Jay Vanos and has a very vertical footprint. A speedy elevator shoots guests from the garage to the main pool area.
The home has a security system, Crestron smart home controls, a Boffi kitchen and baths. Walls of glass make the most of the canyon views and there is also a green roof. The home dazzles at night with custom LED lighting in cantilevered concrete stairs and benches and LED light shows in the pool and hot tub. Records show the home was purchased through a trust for $1.55 million. Brown�s ex-girlfriend pop star Rihanna has her home on the market for $4.5 million. Brown�s condo in West Hollywood hasn�t hit the market yet.
