Courteney Cox Becomes The Latest Celebrity To Buy At Sierra Towers
Once again we are back to talking about Sierra Towers, the apartment building in Los Angeles, California along the West Hollywood/Beverly Hills border that has been a magnet for celebrities for decades. In fact, the Hollywood Reporter recently ran a piece summing up the many celebrity residents from Sidney Poitier to Cher, to most recently Courteney Cox. Cox, who remains estranged from husband David Arquette, recently picked up a two-bedroom unit for $2.05 million under the same trust used to purchase the couple�s home in Malibu, California. That property was recently featured in Elle Decor.
We recently saw Cox�s �Friends� co-star Matthew Perry, sell his two-bedroom unit in Sierra Towers but this is a different unit. Listing information described Cox�s new apartment as being located in the northeast corner of the 25th floor. The unit�s second bedroom is currently used as a den/library.
Other celebs who have spent time at Sierra Towers include Joan Collins, David Geffen, Elton John, Lindsay Lohan, Diahann Carroll, George Hamilton, Brody Jenner, and Rachel Zoe. One of the reasons celebrities are drawn to the building is that it is a full service building with 24 hour front desk, security, and valet. Bonus: it even has it�s own Facebook page.
