Comedian David Spade is looking to part ways with one of his Southern California properties. The veteran TV funnyman, who currently lends his comedic expertise to the CBS sitcom Rules of Engagement, has listed his oceanfront Malibu, California home for $13.5 million. According to AOL Real Estate, Spade owns a sizeable spread in West Hollywood and has used the La Costa Beach villa primarily as a vacation home since acquiring the property in 2005 for $9.3 million.
Spade has sunk a considerable amount of money into remodeling the 3,700-square-foot beach house, which features hardwood flooring, custom spiral staircase and a total of four fireplaces. Adjacent to the main house is a secluded pool and spa area, as well as a combination art studio and workout room that is connected to a two-car garage. Adding to the appeal of the home is spacious indoor-outdoor private patio that enjoys picture-perfect ocean views.

California�s Lieutenant Governor Gavin Newsom is moving to Marin County. Just months after selling his Ashbury Heights mini-mansion, the former Mayor of San Francisco and his wife, actress Jennifer Siebel-Newsom, are headed for the hills after spending $2.145 million on a sleek mid-century modern home in Kentfield, California.

Designed by famous Bay Area architect Worley Wong in 1950, the Newsoms� new home is nestled along the hillside on more than 1.3 acres of land that give way to incredible views of Mount Tam and the East Bay. The three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath features a flowing 1,800-square-foot floor plan that includes a spacious kitchen area, living room and dining room. The exterior of the Newsoms� new house offers plenty of entertaining options with an stylish pool and spa, complete with a trellised patio that receives shade from one of the many olive trees found on the property.

With all that newfound MTV money burning a hole in his pocket thanks in part to the network�s revival of his classic cartoon television series Beavis and Butt-head, famed animator Mike Judge has purchased a fine Santa Monica, California spread. According to the Los Angeles Times, Judge paid $4.45 million for the Mediterranean-style estate that was formerly home to Richard Taite, the CEO of the celebrity rehabilitation center known as �Cliffside Malibu�.

Located just minutes from the Santa Monica Pier, the mid-70s design resides on nearly a quarter-of-an-acre and comes complete with a fully furnished commercial gym, detached guesthouse, and a combination saltwater pool and spa. Inside, the 3,700-square-foot villa features sports impressive aesthetic details such as exposed-beam ceilings, dark wood floors and custom ironwork found throughout. A spacious master suite with separate bathrooms and walk-in closets give way to a private second-story balcony, while a contemporary Chef�s kitchen includes an array of modernized, commercial-grade appliances.

Bruce Willis Lists Idaho Home (PHOTOS)



Actor Bruce Willis is ready to leave Hailey, Idaho behind. He has put his 20-acre ranch in the popular Sun Valley resort town on the market for $15 million. The Wall Street Journal reported that Willis is selling the property, which he bought in 2003 because he isn�t able to spend as much time there as he would like. He also has commercial property on the market in the area, a former nightclub/restaurant/bar called the Mint which is listed for $4.495 million.

Willis rebuilt the main home shortly after purchasing the property. It is located on Flying Heart Lake with multiple ponds, flowing streams and a custom pool with waterfalls. The large sunken living room has two rock fireplaces. The breakfast nook has lake views and the gourmet kitchen includes two Sub-Zero refrigerators, Viking six-burner stove with dual ovens, two dishwashers, large pantry, glass cabinets and island with an eating bar. The master suite offers a gas fireplace, seating area, two heated decks, built-in desk, and bookshelves. The master bathroom is complete with jetted soaking tub, granite shower, dual sinks, and custom built master closet with built-in dressers and shelves. Snow keeps its distance with help from heated balconies.
