Matthew Perry Lists His Los Angeles Home (PHOTOS)
Just when we think we�ve hit every piece of Matthew Perry real estate out there, another property surfaces on the market. After all, we�ve already seen his new Hollywood Hills home and his Sunset Strip condo. Earlier this month we checked out his sleekly angular ocean view Malibu home, and now his home in the Outpost Estates area of Los Angeles, California is up for sale. It could be said that Mr. Perry, the star of �Friends� and the recently cancelled �Mr. Sunshine� has a real estate type. He likes the clean lines and sharp edges of modern homes and his newest listing, which is on the market for $5.695 million is no exception.
The Real Estalker reports that Perry bought the home in 2008 for $4.475 million. The home is on .34 acres that includes a pool and spa. It was built in 1955 but has been given major renovations. The home checks in at 4,100 square feet and has three bedrooms, a media room, modern kitchen, and walls of glass to take in the views of Los Angeles.
