Star quarterback, celebrity pitchman and husband to Brazilian supermodel Gisele, Tom Brady has a pretty decent life. Hes also a real estate investor who has bought and sold some pretty interesting properties over the years including this one in Boston, Massachusetts. Brady, who is the quarterback for the New England Patriots, bought a circa 1900 townhome on Bostons highly desirable Beacon Street back in 2006. In 2008 it was reported that Brady had turned the building into four condos and sold three of them saving the top unit for himself. His total proceeds were said to be around $7.95 million over $1 million more than he originally paid for the building. Now, as Curbed pointed out, Bradys penthouse condo is listed for $10.5 million.
The 5,300-square-foot unit has three bedrooms and offers sweeping views of the Charles River from the landscaped roofdeck which has an outdoor kitchen. There is a grand living room with vaulted ceiling and dual fireplaces; state-of the art gym, club room; four garage and more. The Boston Herald notes that the master suite with a marble master bath features a deep soaking tub where Gisele gave birth to the couples young son Benjamin in 2009.
Earlier this year Brady sold his three-bedroom condo at Time Warner Center in New York City. He and Gisele are building a massive mansion in the Brentwood area of Los Angeles. Dont worry Patriots fans, Bradys not leaving the city he and Gisele also are said to have picked up a mansion in Brookline, Massachusetts in late 2009.
The listing is with Allison Mazer of Gibson Sothebys International Realty.
