When it comes to real estate, British action star Jason Statham has spent some serious money around Los Angeles. In 2009, Statham listed and sold his two-bedroom condo at the celeb-stuffed Broadway building in downtown Los Angeles. But before all that, way back in 2005, the same year his action sequel �Transporter 2? came out, Statham settled down in a three-bedroom mid-century modern home in the Hollywood Hills which he picked up for $2.4 million according to property records. That home on .35 acres is now on the market for $2.749 million.
The home was built in 1957. The listing describes it as being reminiscent of the famed �Glass House� by Phillip Johnson with sharp right angles and plenty of floor-to-ceiling panes of glass set within a post and beam motif .
