Actress, singer, and author(!) Hilary Duff has re-listed her Toluca Lake home for $6.25 million.
The multi-hyphenate star, who recently added impending motherhood to her lengthy resume, has owned the home since the height of her tween stardom. Located just a few houses down the street from Toluca Lake � and yes, there is a lake in Toluca Lake � Duff�s 5 bed, 6 bath, 9,277 square foot home is in a prime area of the San Fernando Valley. Centrally located to Universal Studios, Warner Brothers, the Disney Lot, and CBS-Radford, the home wouls make for a short commute for celebs interested in Valley living.
