Walt Disney�s former mansion in the tony Los Feliz section of Los Angeles has been listed for $3.65 million.
This 4 bed, 5 bath, 6,388 square foot manse was constructed in 1932, and was Walt�s home during a period in which his studio was just down the road on Hyperion Avenue. After the company�s 1937 move to the current Burbank lot, the old studio was eventually razed to make way for a strip mall.
The house itself is a Mediterranean/Tudor mix, built into the far eastern end of the Santa Monica mountains just below Griffith Park. The extensively landscaped grounds feature views of the hills and the downtown skyline. There is a pool, gated entrance, and privacy wall.
