Luxury house owned by Chris Tucker's Tarzana

Luxury house owned by Chris Tucker, a comedian best known for playing the foil Jackie Chan in Rush Hour movies times, has put his home on Mulholland Park Estates in Tarzana on the market. Real Estalker Mama excavated finds for us and also reports that he has a house next door so it is not clear that Tucker's house to live in. This makes sense because it is luxurious but the brain-numbingly boring house does not seem to reflect the antic spirit Tucker. The house is a real possibility of earlier models and are equipped to neutrality by home stagers. Five-bedroom home 6500 square feet and also has a home theater, game room above and libraries.
The pool area is particularly over the top with its statues and water features. The master bedroom also has a very shiny campagne bedspread and some curious lighting and a rather small television tucked into a bookshelf. The master bath includes a very large spa tub which looks a little dated (the home was built in 1995 and already seems to be showing its age). This home does seem to have a decent location for the valley, it looks to be up on a hill and has views over the valley. The home is listed at $3.8 million.

10 Modern Design Point Loma House in San Diego

10 Modern Design Point Loma House in San Diego

According to the architects, the house has been conceived according to passive solar and natural ventilation design principles. Horizontal sunshades shield glass from summer heat gain, while the interior is naturally ventilated via the central atrium and clerestory windows. The houses simple form is compact  (48 L x 40 W x 23 H), minimizing the exterior surface area, maximizing thermal performance, and reducing electrical and plumbing runs. The living, dining, kitchen and master bedroom are located on the upper level and oriented to capture views of the Pacific Ocean, Mission Bay and La Jolla. You could say that the most striking thing about this home is the fact that 95% of anticipated electrical needs are ensured by a roof-mounted photovoltaic system. A clever way to go, especially for a residence of these dimensions.

SEXY HOME

SEXY HOME

This weekend, Cosmo ask you to stay away from the bed. Why? Because there are many corners in your home that can be used to make love! According to Kimberly Flemke, PhD, sex therapist from Drexel University, "Sex in the region that is not 'normal' can release hormones that exist in your brain and enhance." So, what are you waiting? Let's get it on!
KITCHEN

Finished dinner and you need a heavenly dessert? Sit on the table, bend your legs. The couple stood right in between your legs, bring Miss Cheerful with Mr.Happy. Ask him to put his hand on your buttocks, so that he can enter you from the perfect angle. You can hold on to his shoulders for deeper penetration.
HOT TIP:
The kitchen offers all the access that can bring you and your partner wild imagination. "You can tease your partner by changing a position on the kitchen counter, or take a few" snacks "section of the refrigerator (fruit and whipped cream) to be eaten directly from the upper body of the couple," says Joan Elizabeth Lloyd, author of Bedtime Stories Naughtier.

DOOR

This time you will be in control. Stand at the end of the door as he turned the couple. Spread your legs, ask him to lower his body a bit to be able to enter you from behind. Create an increasingly intense penetration by turning your butt to follow a figure eight. Every time you change direction round butt, you and your partner will feel the incredible sensation of pleasure.
HOT TIP:
There's nothing sexier than having sex while wearing high heels. Cosmo advice: give the impression of "quickie" and spontaneous in action. When you and he had just arrived home, immediately embarked attack!

BATHROOM

Fill the bathtub with a little water, then turn on the shower. Lie on your sides, lift one leg up. Couple kneeling on top of your thighs are below, hugging the thighs are lifted upward. Ask him to rotate his hips when Mr.Happy "enter" you, so that every inch of Miss Cheerful touched with joy.
HOT TIP:
When you and he approached the climax, you hold your back slightly, then slowly flops Miss Cheerful muscle (such as holding urination). Do this until the orgasm is completely over. When you release, the big O will feel doubly awhhh .. mazing!

WASHER

You sit on a washing machine, stand facing your partner. Wrap your legs around the waist partner. As he began to enter you, "tighten" the thighs to create a cavity Miss Cheerful increasingly narrow. You can put both your hands on his shoulders for balance.
